    Work with Laura one-on-one to develop your personal yoga practice. We will work together to identify your goals and priorities. Laura will guide you through customized yoga classes including the physical postures, breathwork, and meditation. You can expect a personalized experience designed to help you reach your goals and aligned with your needs. Private yoga classes can be either in-person in the Denver Metro area at your home or space of your choosing or virtual.

  • Small Group

    Bring your friends, family, co-workers, or social group together for a private yoga session. Before our session, we will work together to set the tone and experience. Laura will guide your group through a customized yoga class with personalized attention. Classes will include a combination of physical postures, breathwork, and meditation. Small group yoga classes can be either in-person in the Denver Metro area at your home or space of your choosing or virtual.

  • Bridal & Bachelorette

    Yoga means “to yoke” or to bring together. As you are about to embark on your union, celebrate with a customized yoga class. These classes can be either private or small group. Incorporate yoga as part of your bachelorette party or to start your big day from a place of centered grounding. Right now, bridal and bachelorette classes are only available in-person in the Denver Metro area at your home or space of your choosing.

    Want to have a personalized class that you can do any time from the comfort of your own home? I’ll create short yoga videos made specifically for your needs. These can be purchased as a single video or as a package.
