Your breath can change the way you show up in your life. Breathwork is one of the most effective embodiment tools to support healing, growth, and personal success. Learn to use conscious and intentional breathing techniques to connect with your body and expand your nervous system.

Bringing awareness and intentionality to your breath through breathwork can create the opportunity for a new experience in your body that affects all parts of you - body, mind, and spirit. Through regular practice, breathwork can help balance your emotions, shift your perspectives, release old patterns and programming, and connect to greater levels of creativity and purpose.

One-on-One Packages

The power of breathwork comes from consistency. One-on-one breathwork packages start with three sessions (60 or 90 minutes) and we can add on more from there. We still start with setting an intention for our work together and establishing safety in your body and in our container. I will select the appropriate breathwork technique(s) to explore based on your goals.

Each breathwork session will include:

  • Intention setting and discussion

  • Guided breathwork journey

  • Quiet meditation to process and integrate

  • Opportunity to share your experience and ask questions

I will also provide you with resources to use in-between sessions to further support your intention.

Group Sessions

Enjoy a customized breathwork session with your friends, family, co-workers, or social group. I will work with you to develop a breathwork session specific for your group and goals. Group sessions can last anywhere between 60 and 90 minutes and will include:

  • Brief introduction to breathwork

  • Guided breathwork journey

  • Quiet meditation to process and integrate

  • Opportunity to connect with each other, share experiences, and ask questions
